BBC workers strike to defend World Service jobs

The BBC workforce has overwhelmingly voted for strike action against offshoring and job cuts.

There will be a protest demo on the 30th of March in front of Bush House prior to the strikes on Friday 3 April and Thursday 9 April.

Every action of solidarity is needed as most of the affected will be non-English media workers. They should not feel isolated from the wider working class. Therefore, can everybody who is available WITH BANNERS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE TRADE UNIONS be at Bush House at 12pm on the 30th of March.

Wider support is of paramount importance for the management to back off from their adamant position.
