Between April 2009 and March 2010 Socialist Resistance ran a video channel at ecosocialism.blip.tv and recorded its own meetings on it: the Birmingham forum series, a Climate and Capitalism dayschool, the London memorial meeting for Daniel Bensaïd. blip.tv closed in 2015.
The video files are in no public archive. The Wayback Machine holds the channel’s pages and its RSS feeds but not one video file; archive.org has no item for the channel; and the recordings do not appear on YouTube, Vimeo or anywhere else searching has reached. International Viewpoint’s page for the Bensaïd memorial still says “videos are available here”, and the link points at the dead channel.
What survives is the catalogue the feeds carried: a title, a date, a running time and, for all but one, a description naming the speaker and the meeting. It is reproduced below in full, about nineteen hours of recording. If you know where any of it is, or you filmed it, the archive would like to hear from you.
