increasingly bogged down in Iraq, US Donald Rumsfeld is making a triumph of the misery of an entire country.
While he talks of a 'generation long war' in Iraq, possibly Iran and further, Iraqis have less by way of security, hope or infrastructure than before the 2003 invasion.
Tony Blair now says that 'God will be the judge of his decision to back the invasion of Iraq which was always central to the Project for the New American Century' - the plan by US ultra conservatives to control the world's resources through the threat and use of its military superiority.

From Baghdad to Barcelona, from London to Ljubljana ordinary people are preparing to give the warmongers the most powerful message; resistance is winning.
Across Britain, anti-war activists are organising transport from more than 60 towns and cities. Public meetings and publicity stunts are being called to advertise the protest in London.
We are calling on all supporters and readers of Socialist Resistance to help in the mobilisations where you live, and on the demonstration, to help with distribution of our paper.
It is crucial that the anti war movement maintains the momentum after the demonstrations, and we will continue to mobilise in our localities for as long as it is necessary to put an end to this barbaric slaughter.
