Developments in Canada indicate that there is a murderer loose in the FBI. This explains the attempt to frame the murder of Anna Mae Aquash, a Canadian Miqmak Indian on the Pine Ridge Reserve in South Dakota in 1975 on John Graham, former member of the American Indian Movement. Graham has undergone a lengthy extradition trial in Canada
Some readers will have heard of the trial, extradition, and death row conviction of Leonard Peltier, now in Leavenworth Prison (www.leonardpeltier.org). He was extradited from Canada over the Indian struggles on the Pine Ridge reserve back in the 1970s.
Peltier says
"Never forget the role of US law enforcement officials in incidents on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. The FBI tirelessly tried to prejudice the fair trial rights of American Indian Movement (AIM) leaders and knowingly presented false evidence to illegally Anna Mae was obtain my killed by a single extraction".
"Justice bullet through cannot be the back of her achieved if a full investigation head. The FBI into the FBI'S said there was role in Annie

The events around which Graham's trial is based took place on June 26, 1975 involving a shoot out at Wounded Knee on the Pine Ridge Reserve, orchestrated by the FBI.
The dispute revolved around gold, coal and uranium in the reserve, which the American government was trying to sell off to multinationals. The FBI murdered over 60 Indians during three years of struggle at Pine Ridge
Two FBI agents were shot. Since then the agency has tirelessly pursued the alleged murderers.
They claim that Anna Mae was killed because she had witnessed this and was seen as an informant by AIM. AIM has strenuously denied this.
Anna Mae was killed by a single bullet through the back of her head. The FBI said there was no need for a criminal investigation. Their autopsy said she had died of exposure! A second autopsy showed the fatal bullet wound.
The FBI is now trying to extradite and frame Canadian John Graham. Graham was a friend of Anna Mae's and has always maintained his inno-+
The real killer is probably still at large and currently working for the FBI, otherwise the death of an Indian woman would not be pursued so zealously by the Agency.
The FBI is relying the forced
testimony of Arlo Looking Cloud, who was wrongfully convicted of first-degree murder in 2004. Looking Cloud has subsequently recanted and said that he was forced to implicate John Graham. Leonard Peltier was also offered release from Leavenworth if he agreed to implicate John Graham in this case. Peltier refused. For two years Graham has lived under house arrest, prevented from working, and only able to move about under escort.
As we go to press, Graham is awaiting the outcome of the extradition trial held in Vancouver. He may face the death penalty in the US. John Graham desperately wants to return to a normal life and to be granted his freedom For further information go to www.grahamdefense.org. and sign the petition.
