One of our biggest impacts has been the crisis we've provoked inside the Scottish National Party (SNP). Rosie Kane has had a big impact here. The SNP say they're for independence but with the queen still as the head of state!
Amongst young people it's a joke. And Rosie - with her jeans, her T-shirt and the protest on her hands - had a big effect, especially amongst young people.
We have also made a huge impact on the question of asylum seekers. When | visit England, I'm often taken aback by the propaganda against asylum seekers, It's quite scary.

Dialogue, openness, exchange of ideas in a genuinely non-sectarian way are the tasks of the moment and I welcome and congratulate the organisers of this conference for their contribution to this process.
