Moore gives immense thought to every second, every frame of this film. Sometimes, images flicker past at supersonic speed building up an argument and illustrating Moore's incisive and witty quick-fire commentary. Sometimes, things slow down: the camera lingers and Moore stays silent, giving time for the message to sink in.
