A & E at Central Middlesex Hospital already faces closure, so does the Kilburn Site of the College of NW London. Jobs and courses are being cut across local colleges, so are Council jobs. Royal Mail faces privatisation. On Budget Day, June 22nd the ConDem Coalition will unveil more cuts, more job losses, more attacks on vital services. They expect us to pay for the budget deficit caused by using our money to bail out the bankers. Why should we pay for their crisis?
The Right to Work Campaign is calling for a day of action to demand: No cuts in services, no job losses, no cuts in pay or increased taxes. There will be protests around the country that day, let’s organise a protest here in Brent. Everybody who wants to campaign locally in defence of jobs and services is welcome at this meeting.
