Two kinds of byline meet on these pages. Magazine bylines are printed: they were read off the issue's own contents page, and are as good as the magazine itself. Website bylines are inferred: the database kept no author, so the name was read out of the article's opening lines (“… writes Andy Stowe”) and can be wrong — it may belong to someone quoted rather than the author. Each list below says which it is. Newspaper bylines are printed too, read from the name set above the article, though the paper ran much of its news unsigned. marxsite bylines are as the marxsite page credited the piece, or as the publication that first printed it did; marxsite was Phil Hearse’s own site, not a Socialist Resistance publication.
