Two kinds of byline meet on these pages. Magazine bylines are printed: they were read off the issue's own contents page, and are as good as the magazine itself. Website bylines are inferred: the database kept no author, so the name was read out of the article's opening lines (“… writes Andy Stowe”) and can be wrong — it may belong to someone quoted rather than the author.
