Website bylines are inferred: the database kept no author, so the name was read out of the article's opening lines (“… writes Andy Stowe”) and can be wrong — it may belong to someone quoted rather than the author. Each list below says which it is. Newspaper bylines are printed too, read from the name set above the article, though the paper ran much of its news unsigned.
